Flexi-Fix Support

Flexi-fix gives organisations the security of knowing they have a reliable partner they can call to resolve a problem, issue or systems admin task within a flexible time frame which they can decide upon.

How it works.
A company will initially purchase flexi-fix support credits to be part of the Flexi-fix programme. These support credits keep the company's flexi-fix support account open and have no expiry time on them. ie if you do not have support problems then you do not use the units up.
When you do have a problem you decide on the urgency of the problem and how quickly you would like it resolved based on the following table. You then call us, we will log the problem, and you tell us the time frame in which you would like a response. So for a very urgent problems on a critical server you may request a same day response. For a less urgent issue, eg you are having problems installing a printer, you may request a 5-10 day response.
We then provide the support and Flexi-fix credits are then deducted from your account based on the following table. At the end of each month we will invoice you for the number of credits used to keep your flex-fix account topped up.
